Russ Noble, Designer

Russ has not only a thorough knowledge base and understanding of the technical requirements of audio-visual systems, but also a unique understanding of human interface factors and their importance to the success of any technology implementation.

He has served as a designer with EH since 2007 and was recently promoted to Manager, User Experience & Software Development. Russ’s initiatives and leadership of this emerging market segment have produced excellent results, with our initial offering for the AV control market segment at a major university in New Brunswick attracting special attention in the Corporate and Institutional AV market. The project received the highest award in a 2011 International AV awards competition.

Education and Career Beginnings

Russ graduated from Sheridan College Theatrical Arts-Technical Production program in 1998. He began his career in theatrical sound design and production in Southern Ontario. He then moved into audio-visual design and integration where he was involved with control and audio system programming. To round out his audio experience he joined Soundcraft Canada as a product specialist.   
Russ’ computer skills include CAD, EASE, SmaartLive, NetLinx, .NET.  He is a Creston Master Certified Programmer and DMC-D Designer.

Authorship & Technical Presentations

Russ has led certification sessions on HiQnet System Architect & BSS Soundweb London, and has presented training sessions to installation/integration companies on digital audio networks and network implementation.
